Day 1: Rishikesh - Urgam
Elevation: 6,561 ft (2000 m)
Travel Duration: 7-8 hours
On day 1 you start your journey from Rishikesh to Urgam via Helang. Witness the four confluences of the sacred River Ganga (Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnprayag, and Nandprayag) on route. After reaching Urgam we will check into home-stay and take
rest. In free time you can Rome in village and spend some time with villagers. Stay the night at Urgam.
Day 2: Urgam - Dumak
Elevation: 7,874 ft (2,400 m)
Trek Duration: 14km. 5 hour
Urgam is a beautiful valley surrounded with villages and jungles. Start off early in the morning and visit Kalpeshwar temple which is one of the Panch-kedar temples and also can visit Dhyan-Badri temple in Devgaon which is one of the Panch-Badri temples.
After morning aarti in Kalpeshwar temple start the trek to Dumak. The trail passes through beautiful fields and forests also can visit Bansi-Narayan and Fuly-Narayan village’s temples as well. The altitude gradually increases as you climb up the trail and after some time will reach the other side of valley. It takes approx 5 hours to reach Dumak Village. Stay the night in Dumak.
Day 3: Dumak - Panar Bugyal via Toil-Taal
Elevation: 11,155 ft (3,400 m)
Trek Duration: 13km. 5 hour
On Day 3 start your trek from Dumak village to Panar which will be mainly a steep climb. The ascend gets more challenging as you start trekking towards Panar from Dumak. This trail passes through Toli Taal (a Pound) which is situated at an altitude of 2800m.
above sea level. Here Take a little rest and then proceed towards Panar. While the trail may be tough, but it is just as mesmerizing. You will arrive in Panar by evening; you will camp tonight in Panar.
Day 4: Panar - Rudranath
Elevation: 11,811 ft (3,600 m)
Trek Duration: 7km. 5 hours
Wake up early in the morning to witness the magnificent sunrise that lights up the Garhwal mountains. Today probably the most exciting day of your entire trekking schedule, after a little trek soon you will feel elated after seeing the Himalayan peaks. Owing to the high altitude, this trek is strenuous yet thrilling with some amazing views of the Garhwal Mountains. You’ll see bells and prayer flags hanging at a small temple known as Pitradhar it’s a highest pointof this trek. although there is less space for camping in Rudranath therefore mostly people try to come back to Panar same day. Be a participant of evening aarti at Rudranath temple. You will camp tonight in Rudranath.
Day 5: Rudranath - Ansuya Devi Temple
Elevation: 7,136 ft (2,175 m)
Trek Duration: 16km. 7-8 hours
Today you start your trek from Rudranath to Ansuya Devi temple via Dhanpal Bugyal and Hansa Bugyal. This is only the one temple in Bharat which is the last hope for childless couples. You will arrive in evening and you can spend the rest of the day relaxing in a home-stay or Hotel.
Day 6: Ansuya Devi Temple - Mandal- Gopeshwar
Elevation: 5,090 ft (1,550 m)
Travel Duration: 8km. 4 hours
Today you are trekking down to Mandal where our trek ends this road, from here you can catch your vehicle, after that can visit Gopeshwar and stayed a night there or can go Rishikesh directly 230km.

You will stay in 3 villages and visit 4 Bugyals, Rudranath Temple is a temple of Lord Shiva situated in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand state of India, which is one of the Panchkedars. The Rudranath temple is full of grand natural shade. In the Rudranath temple, Lord Shankar’s Ekanan means that the face is worshiped, while the whole body is worshiped in the Pashupatinath of Nepal’s capital of Kathmandu.
